Class poem

Here is poem we wrote together the other day. Each student contributed one line:

Black and White

Black is my favorite color.

White is the new color.

Black is the night sky.

White is a tadpole.

Black is a color that most people wear.

White is a t-shirt.

Black is a guitar.

White is paper.

Black is the road you drive on.

White is the snowman smiling at me.

Black is the fur on a cat.

White is my kitten.

Black is dark.

White is dandelions.

Black is the end of a wand.

White is like a polar bear.

Black is the color of my nightmares; black is the color of monsters.

White is not scary and bright.

Black is the shade of my shadow.
